Q: How much does it cost to have my items delivered same day?
A: Every order is different, prices vary based on the location of delivery. Prices can range anywhere from $10-$20 depending on how far you live from our warehouse.
Q: Who is delivering my order?
A: We use a special service to deliver your orders with ease. The company conducts rigorous background checks on each driver before they can become a driver. If you have an issue with your driver, you can report it. Any offenses by the driver will be addressed by the delivery company.
Q: Is there a way for me to get updates on my order after I place it?
A: Yes, make sure to leave your phone number in your order information. You will be sent a text with a link to track your order step by step.
Q: If I am not home, is there any sort of notification sent to me that my items have been delivered?
A: Yes, if you leave your phone number on your order information, you will be sent a photo when your order has been delivered!
