In Store Pickup
We are excited to announce our new in-store pickup option as an alternative to shipping for our local, Birmingham, Alabama customers! Please read below for all information regarding placing and picking up your order.
Store Locations
We have two store locations in Birmingham, Alabama that you are eligible to pick up your online order from. You must choose that specific location at checkout in order for the item to be sent to the correct location. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The stores act as a pick up and drop off ONLY, you cannot exchange or return online items in the store.
- Your order can be picked up at your requested store by the schedule below:
o If you purchased Monday-Thursday by 3 PM, your package will arrive within 48 hours. Please call the store or text 205-540-8088 if you would like to know if your package has arrived.
o If you purchased Thursday night or Friday by 3 PM, your package should arrive on the following Monday.
o If you purchased Friday afternoon or throughout the weekend, your package should arrive on Tuesday.
o PLEASE PICKUP ITEMS PROMPTLY, AS YOU ONLY HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN.
If you do not pick up your package after 6 months of it arriving our store - your package will be donated.
