SHIPPING

All U.S. orders ship via UPS (unless unavailable for your address) at a flat rate of $8, with a 1–5 business day transit time. Orders over $100 ship FREE. We do our best to get orders out within 24–48 hours of placement so you can expect your package quickly.

Please note: Flat rate and free shipping apply to U.S. orders only. 

LOCAL PICKUP

Local to Birmingham? Skip the shipping altogether! Select local pickup at checkout, it's free, and your order will be ready within 2 hours. Choose from either of our two store locations at checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Pink Tulip Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages marked as delivered but not received, or packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact UPS directly to open a claim.
