Returns are accepted for store credit only.
You can return for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. If the 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a return. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, cigarette smoke, animal hair or deoterant. Sale section items are final sale and cannot be returned. Jewelry is also final sale.
If you are local to Birmingham, Alabama, you can return for store credit within 14 days at either of our store locations.

REDO
Customers who add Redo to their cart are entitled to unlimited exchange attempts per order number. Redo will also cover the cost of shipping for return for store credit. This means that the cost of shipping will be covered for all exchange attempts under each order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return shipping. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you have not been notified, please reach out to us.

Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled. We have a very quick turn around time and this is not possible for us to do, please be cautious as you are placing your order!
Do you have a damage? Items that are damaged MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. We have a very short return window that we are able to send back to the vendor. You can process your damaged return by clicking here!
Online store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card via email.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
If you place a local pickup order and do not pick up your package after 6 months of it arriving our store - your package will be donated.
