We hand-select every piece with fit and wearability in mind, but we know online shopping isn't perfect and we're here to make it right.

Returns are accepted for store credit within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, cigarette smoke, deodorant, or animal hair. Sale items and jewelry are final sale.

Birmingham locals: You're welcome to return at either of our store locations within 14 days of delivery (10 days for in-store purchases).

The easiest way to return: add Redo at checkout. For just over $1, Redo covers your return shipping and gives you unlimited exchange attempts on your order — no out-of-pocket cost, no hassle. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, allow 3–4 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation when your store credit gift card is issued.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We move fast to get your order out the door, so please double-check your cart before completing checkout.
  • Address errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the original payment method.
  • Local pickup orders not collected within 6 months of arrival will be donated.
